Alex's Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated H.V.A.C. dealer. We've been serving the Galveston County and Bay Area since 1969.

As a company, we maintain a commitment to community involvement and are active in many local organizations, including the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. Individually, our employees devote personal time to such groups as the Rotary Club, 4-H, and other local organizations.

Alex's Air Conditioning is licensed and certified by the State of Texas. Our company is OSHA compliant and we continuously promote environmental and health safety programs for our staff.

Additionally, we also maintain membership in the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. and the ACCA of Texas.

I have been a customer of your company since 2004—directed to you by my friend and co-worker Fred Brewer, at Texas A&M Galveston. I have always had good service from “Alex’s”, but I want to tell you about some “exceptional” service I received over the weekend. I’ll spare you the details, but, on Sat. my a/c went down, and your technician was tied up on a big call. It was getting later in the afternoon than expected. The dispatcher called my “normal” technician, MIKE who was NOT “on call”— Mike recognized my name and called me immediately to see if he could help ---I was astounded. We didn’t get things worked out until this morning, when Mike made a service call—but, his call and concern on Sat. was a 1st for me ! Mike said he was just doing his job-----I say, that was “the best” customer service I have ever received, and should be recognized.
